In a 42-page filing to dismiss the New York gambling lawsuit, Valve says loot boxes are no different than Pokemon cards or the toy in a cereal box.
The detail their filing skips: a Pokemon card has never resold for $1M. A Counter-Strike AK-47 skin has.
Happy Meal toys aren't traded on official marketplaces run by the company that sold them. CS2 skins are.
You can argue lots of things about loot boxes. "It's just like a cereal box surprise" isn't one of them.

The Odyssey, along with practically any other work of fiction, depicts what a character usually looks like. We know Helen is no where at all being black. This is a deliberate insult by Nolan and Hollywood to do this.
It has been well documented that Helen is "fair-skinned with golden hair, sparkling eyes, and a symmetrical, goddess-like perfection"
Now you tell me.... Is Lupita fair-skinned?
