India has approximately 8000 psychiatrists for 1.4 B people That's 1 for 175000. And actual number of psychiatrists available for full time clinical work may be even less.

Few items should not be mass produced in factories but only be allowed for entrepreneurship minded kids, patient's groups and alike. e.g. candles, greeting cards, bath soap, paper envelops, etc. What do you think? what other items go in your list?

@arunbothra It is fear. Fear of power that goes with the job. Power that can destroy families and make life miserable. That fear is disguised as respect. Indians (and probably people all over world) have learned to dress their fear as respect for authority very well.

In our country a young man of 25 years of age gets more respect and recognition, just because he has got into IAS or IPS, than a 60 years old entrepreneur, who has created wealth of crores along with hundreds of jobs. This needs to change. #privatisation
