@DHayGm Absolutely! I was thinking the same. Post-secondary courses are a better fit for a team approach to design.

@Shanna4Hicks I agree that just-in-time is the logical overall approach, even though I believe that the formal design holds a lot of potential. That potential often seems directed at University/ College level courses that just don't fit K-12.

In the K-12 school system, “just-in-time” development seems the most logical approach, with the teacher as SME and ID. In my search on this topic, so many articles discussed how teachers make great IDs! #IDTiPs instructionaldesigncompany.com/teacher-to-ins…
