This is the definition of foreign interference in the sovereignty of the United States. If Trump was not aware of this he needs to fire the people who kept him in the dark and kill the program. If Trump does nothing to stop it we know he is complicit and should be removed from office for turning control of US intelligence agencies over to a foreign government..
