1/ Using @ShipwayDotCom has turned into one of the worst experiences for our small business. We sell Dri-FIT football jerseys and suddenly our wallet went to -₹7340 because of 62 weight discrepancies raised overnight after being assigned KAM Mr. Zeeshan Salim.

@ShipwayDotCom I ordered 3 items from Ambrane on 7th May (Order ID: #261167), but till now there has been no proper update regarding the shipment or delivery date. Kindly provide the latest tracking update and deliver the order as soon as possible.

Don’t know about Unicommerce, but I’ve used Shipway (shipping aggregator). The user interface is good, but the customer service is terrible and they’re awful at handling weight discrepancies. They actually have a 3.9 star rating on Shopify but show 4.2 on their website. Misleading users.

@ShipwayDotCom Probably the most insecure and dishonest shipping aggregator in the country. Don’t get fooled by their low prices. They lure you in with cheap rates and then start adding random “weight reconciliation” charges without justification.

Changing courier partners ≠ lower RTO. 3 becomes 5. 5 becomes 8. RTO stays the same. It’s a decision problem. No pin-code mapping. No COD risk flagging. No NDR action. No intent confirmation. You’re rotating risky orders. Fix the logic. Then scale.
