@British_Airways truly disappointed with your online check in process. I just cannot change my middle seat. Have a slipped disc problem n require aisle seat. Trying for the last three days just cannot block a seat. No response from the call centre also. Terrible service. Sad

@AmexIndia shocked by the callous behaviour of your kyc team. following up with them for over 2 months, submitting the documents at least four times i get incomplete kyc mails. the only answer is"we have raised a complaint". shameful treatment to a loyal customer.
