Searching by ISBN will lead me to the correct page but when I mark the book as “Reading”, it automatically switches to the most popular version.

@SimplyMargreet Dat kan soms gebeuren als de post opnieuw gesorteerd wordt. We zien het vaker, niks om je zorgen over te maken. Het gaat opnieuw door het sorteerproces en wordt dan binnen een paar bezorgdagen alsnog door de brievenbus gedaan.

@PostNL In de app onder Mijn Post stond een brief die naar verwachting gister (13 juni) bezorgd zou worden. Dat is niet gebeurt; kan gebeuren. Maar nu is ineens de brief ook uit de app verdwenen. Nog kans dat deze alsnog wordt bezorgd?

@PostNL Heb ik inmiddels gedaan. Het maakt mij niet zozeer uit wanneer het komt maar het is een brief waar ik al een tijdje op wacht. De (foto van de) brief stond eindelijk in de app maar verdween binnen 24 uur. Wat kan daar een reden voor zijn? Dat heb ik namelijk nog nooit meegemaakt.

@SimplyMargreet Dat is vreemd, Margreet! De kans is groot dat het nog bezorgd wordt. Gebeurt dit toch niet, neem dan even contact op via postnl.nl/chat. Dan kan een medewerker van de klantenservice je melding doorzetten naar het depot.
