@BoCamaro @MelissaYacher I was a football season ticket holder for 15 years. The talent fee was the last straw for me. I’m not contributing to this NIL nonsense anymore. I have a great seat here at the house to watch games if I choose to and concessions are a lot more reasonable also.

I am pulling way back. Way WAY back on my Fandom. NIL has ruined the college experience for me and my family completely. We are asked to pay insane amounts for a team we don't recognize. So we are just stopping. We will still casually watch each week when Football starts, but we are not going to travel like we have. We are not going to follow like we have. Not until we have stability in the programs and not just a total collapse over and over across the athletics department.

I am in a toxic relationship. Not sure what the solution is. I’m talking about Tennessee Athletics btw, not my husband. I’m in a toxic relationship with the Vols. But I’m third generation alum and granddaughter of a Torchbearer. I’m stuck for life. Sigh.

People are saying that Vice-President Vance can take over the proceedings next week and therefore could push the SAVE America Act through. If this is true, and I’m not sure it is, it is a watershed moment in his political future. It would show he has the same leadership potential as President Trump. If indeed Vance could do it, but fails to do so, Marco Rubio will be our next president.
