Every time I order with @SkipTheDishes it’s an absolute disaster. I keep thinking they’ll get better, but it only gets worse. The food probably won’t be delivered and dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. Don’t ever order with them.

@SkipTheDishes heyyyy, so my driver just told me they went to the restaurant, and it’s closed? That leads me to ask, how on earth did they confirm and tell you they were prepping my order, if they were closed? Sounds to me like you took my order and knew it wouldn’t show.

In all my life, I have never had as poor a customer service experience on every level as I have today with @SkipTheDishes I am completely and utterly disgusted. Given a time estimate, which jumped by 15+ minutes AFTER it was accepted. Refused cancellation. (1/2)

@SkipTheDishes I'm extremely disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for almost 5 years, and every time I go to the city, I always use SkipTheDishes. But recently, your service has become terrible. These new delivery people need to learn how to use buzzers and bring the food to the door. They leave the food downstairs without calling, and I end up with cold food and bad service. it looks like I'll be looking for another company that can do better. so bad so sad
