Any one else having trouble with @officialcalor customer service is appalling. Been waiting 16days for delivery, one tank been out for 8 days all you get is we pass it on. Been waiting for a reply for 8 days when rang there help line. Been customers for 20 plus years.

@officialcalor We have been waiting for a gas delivery and know one can tell us when it will arrive 16 days in. 3 .5 hours on the phone to order. Get your act together. One tank been empty for 8 days.
