I need some prayers. I’m at the ER since 8pm since I’ve lost all bowel sounds and I’ve not been able to keep even liquids down. So I’m being transferred to the bigger hospital in Little Rock. They did give me something to get things moving. Isn’t working yet. IV fluids and a CT scan. Have to be careful with the weight loss shots. Thanks.

Christmas is sucking balls. I feel like shit and nurses (men) aren’t the best caregivers at home. He went to work so a little break. How sad to have to have a surgery on Christmas. 🎄

I’m not ready to have this conversation. However we have to honor dad’s wishes to finally let him rest. He’s still here, but it’s only a matter of hours or days. He’s comfortable, listening to his favorite cd’s, voice memo’s, messages from friends, family, texts & scriptures.

He was stable overnight. Mornings tend to be when he has trouble, so please be praying for that. Waiting to hear about the Vandy transfer today. I’ve been telling him about all of the people praying for him. We took Christmas photos the weekend before he got sick.

He’s being transferred to Vandy tomorrow afternoon. He’s become stable enough that they feel like they can wait until then. If he gets worse they will transfer him sooner. Praising God that he will be transferred and that’s he stable enough right now.
