@rosentweets Is the farmer like the shower and just pretending to be ‘rugged’, those pretend rustic tiles aren’t fooling anyone? Does look nice, but not very ‘practical’?

@agricontract He broke the law and destroyed valuable habitat . Rivers silt up more these days precisely because of modern farming practices with exposed soils and compaction due to livestock or machinery. Conventional farming is neither the friend or wildlife, the environment or water courses

@agricontract Not all water courses are "drains" in the IWDB sense of the word. "Getting the water to the sea quickly" is not the answer as aquifers don't get the chance to fill and then where will irrigation come from? This seems a very one-sided simplistic view of a complex problem.

@TheNewsAgents @maitlis @lewis_goodall @GlobalPlayer @DavidGHFrost Just listened to that fraction of a man David Frost. What an utter c#nt. Still lying, still selling snake oil. I lost my job after the referendum and am glad I left the UK and pay my tax elsewhere even though I earn a fraction of what I did in the UK. Loathsome delusioneer.

@ThespyFrere It's amazing how no one seems bothered by it anymore over there. Maybe that's the immunity or indifference that the tories were after.

This is what happens when you elect a government who has no talent that finds itself faced with an independence movement likely to result in the loss of 32% of its territory. Does it compromise or use political persuasion? Or does it write a shit Hitler-Youth song for schools?
