Respected Sir, As reported by IPPB Branch Bettiah  There was no such visit done by any customer in Bettiah Branch. Customer can visit Bettiah Branch for Account closure ,please guide customer to visit Bettiah branch for Account closure process. Also kindly provide account number of customer or contact number so that same can be conveyed to customer.

@IPPBOnline @IPPBOnline I visited Bettiah Post Office for closure of my IPPB account, but the counter staff Shubham denied the service saying the account belongs to Motihari branch and can only be closed there. Kindly resolve this issue. Complaint No: CR103755647
