Why does it take this every time? Why argue with customers? Make demands, frustrate people? Why does it take social media to get a result?

@AGRutledge not that I think anyone cares, but these tactics seem illegal. Create a monopoly for a service, take the service away, deny responsibility and demand payment. Seems this is how the phone companies broke up to begin with.

@CoxHelp why is it after a service outage that you report is complete and the client has no internet you deny you did anything? In fact you try to sell a service tech or a 5 bucks a month insurance policy? You all had an outage for extortion? Nice to be a monopoly.
