@Tims_Pants @Kerr21Kerr @GBDocInfo @DSNforumUK @GoggleDocs @loopingntheloup Hi Tim, the improvement in MARD aligns with the common trend observed in new CGMs, where MARD improves as more users adopt the system. We have also conducted clinical trials which also support the improvement of the MARD.

@SpiritMedsOp @Kerr21Kerr @GBDocInfo @DSNforumUK @GoggleDocs @loopingntheloup Are you able to clarify how you are improving the MARD from 12.2% (according to the manual) to 8.7%? Seems like a big jump!

Let’s see what happens next but not convinced I’d trust this sensor …. Upward drift relative to Libre overnight and check against finger stick. Instead of waiting to calibrate after 12 hours I added a reading and now seems to have over corrected.

@Kerr21Kerr Yes that's right, currently daily calibrations are needed. As previously mentioned, CareSens Air will soon be optional calibration as we continuously see the product develop and improve.😊

Out of personal choice I’m currently testing one of these sensors and have a number of points to feedback when my test is finished but I think you need to be clear that currently daily BG calibrations are required and it is not recommended to make treatment decisions yet.

@SpiritMedsOp But you cannot separate the green range from the high and low alerts. I do not want my high alarm at 10.0 mmol/L (or lower if looking at TITR) and I might want to set my low value higher than 3.9 mmol/L when exercising. I need to set range and alarms independently.

Caresens Air App features Four alarm settings, High, Low, Very Low and rapidly changing. Issue is the ‘range’ is measured between High and Low whereas for most with T1 we would typically set High much greater than 10 mmol/L which would be the top of normal range.
