In my conversations this week, PCNs and ICBs seem to have a real focus on ONS and Dry Eye this year - these therapy areas are often neglected as opposed to the competitive market of diabetes. Feeling really privileged to be working with the NHS to deliver effective prescribing.

Is deprescribing the new focus for BGM meds management? ICBs, PCNs & Places seem to be working together on it. But how do we tackle deprescribing & health inequalities? I'm working with a West Midlands ICB on this but keen to get other people's thoughts and evidence on this

#PharmacyFirst sounds like a win-win for patients and GPs, but is it really? Great initiative, but what support do GPs get to adapt? I think Pharmacy First is a step in the right direction but further actions need to be in place to support GPs further.

After recent discussions with South of England ICBs, it's reported that ICBs are swamped with spending budgets, but are we seeing the impact on patient care? A shared discussion on how to ensure allocated funds translate to real improvements in the NHS is definitely needed!💬
