Old freezers might or might not have a bulb.
They required a tougher bulb because of the temperature changes; Frozen at zero F, then heats as the light comes on, the back to frozen.
The smaller the freezer, the less likely it had a light.

@MbBrannon @TV_POE I fail to see the significance of 20 kelvin on top of the already 2000 kelvin filament temperature difference.
Perhaps it's the glass bulb that stressed and leaked? A freezer would increase the glass ∆T significantly.
