Insulin was discovered in 1921. It isn't a new drug, but it is a lifesaving one, and there is no reason for its cost to be skyrocketing. In some cases, prices have risen 1000% over a decade. Ridiculous. It’s time to cap the out-of-pocket cost.

Two years ago, Putin rightly saw the UN’s election of Russia to the Human Rights Council as international approval of his regime.
Now it’s time to undo this travesty.
