Many Christian’s top evidence that Jesus is God in the gospels is when it says honor the son AS THEY honor the father! But Paul says wives submit to your husbands AS YOU submit to God. Wait so that means Christian women should submit to their husbands in the same exact way as God? Nice try.

It’s quite simple, Either the disciples were ancient primate apes with a combined IQ of 3 and simply couldn’t comprehend what Jesus was saying plainly (EVEN if they doubted) Or Jesus just didn’t predict his passion, and the need to fabricate the prediction came about after Jesus had failed to establish what the Messiah was expected to do by a first-century Jewish audience. Christians think the former is more plausible.

As a Muslim I condemn this. We do not believe the actual discliples of Jesus (peace be upon him) were stupid. This is abhorent, and he should be condemned by his fellow Christians.

The Quran only confirms the previous scriptures in the parts that were truly from God. It doesnt tell the Prophet to go ask the People of the Book in general. It specifically says ask those who read the scripture before you. Thats more like a rhetorical way to strengthen him and the believers. He wasnt in any doubt anyway. The same Quran calls itself the final criterion over all previous books. Look people never believed in prophets just because they said they got revelation. What convinced them was the prophets character the power of the message the miracles the prophecies and all the clear evidences that came with it. The early Arabs didnt accept Muhammad just cuz he mentioned an angel in the cave. They had known him for 40 years as the most trustworthy man around. His character before prophethood and the evidences that followed is what got their attention. Use your common sense. There are too many strong signs confirming his prophethood unless someone is just being stubborn. Now think about Paul. A guy with a terrible past who used to hunt and persecute Christians for money. Then suddenly he claims he saw Jesus decades after he was gone. His own stories about that encounter dont even match up. And then he starts preaching things that contradict what Jesus actually taught and what the real disciples who lived with Jesus said. How do you trust that more?

If you want to debunk the Trinity for someone, just use "ontology." In the Bible, Jesus is never depicted as the same Being (ontology) as the Father. Jesus is always shown to be a separate being from "his God", even standing at God’s right hand. Just as a son is ontologically separate from his Father, so Jesus is ontologically separate from his God.
