BREAKING: Australians will no longer pay $1.6bn in card surcharges from October 1.
People shouldn’t be punished for using a credit or debit card.
That's why the Reserve Bank will today take steps to end credit and debit card surcharging from October 1.
This change will make a meaningful difference with Australians no longer paying $1.6 bn a year in surcharges, and small businesses will save $910m.

@rebekkarnold @HITCSevens Yes, Eddie Howe has done a fantastic job as a coach & that shouldn’t be taken away from him. However, you cannot deny that the HUGE investment by their SA owners has elevated NUFC way beyond where they would be were Mike Ashley or previous owners still around.

I mean, they literally have the 2nd highest net spend in the Premier League since the takeover, behind Chelsea but ahead of Man Utd, Man City, and Arsenal.
Eddie Howe has done a great job, but it quite obviously wouldn't have been possible without spending over £330 million.

Meditation is hard because silence can send a threat signal. Growing up it meant the calm before an explosive fight. Or the silent treatment was used to punish us. In silence, our body has learned to brace for the worst. Meditation triggers fight or flight.
