Karachi and Gwadar being federal territories is actually the best proposal among all the proposals in the new division of provinces discussion. These two should be agreeable for everyone.

Discovering a peaceful Kabeki lake at Punjab 😻 The view is refreshing, calming, and pure natural therapy. Punjab is full of hidden beauty, 😍 not just KP😍😎 Fun fact: KP was once part of Punjab too🤣Guess the district of this beautiful lake #punjab #punjabikuri

British developed it as a summer rest area to avoid the extreme heat of the plains😻 Sir Robert Groves Sandeman's colleague Colonel Munro, behind this developing of this area If developed like Murree, it could be a game changer for tourism❤️😍🤫

Dear Pakistanis my heart and mind are both in awe. Some locals in Waziristan are literally coming out of their homes to help Taliban militants hide and escape from the forces. The same Taliban they’re protecting today will return tomorrow to slaughter them without mercy. Don’t ask the fauj alone about terrorism. Ask these locals too. Enough of this nonsense.

Popular Panjabi history is full of lies peddled by non Panjabis They claim that Iranian Asur couldn’t pronounce the “S” sound and therefore transformed Sindh into Hind. Interestingly, the same Zend Avesta book used by Iranians is replete with words from “S”. On the other hand, switching “S” and “H” is extremely common in Punjabi. No scholarly scholar has ever suggested that Hind and Sindh pronunciation originated from proto-Punjabi. It has nothing to do with the language of Avesta or the Rigveda. Here is an example from 5th Guru’s Bani. Haabh is used for common word Saabh

A century old lie 🧵 The claim that Iranians could not speak S sound and therefore changed it to H is entirely false. The Hind-Sindh divide originates from the Iranian Zend Avesta and the Panjabi Rigveda. (YES RIGVED IS PANJABI, created in Panjab) Zend Avesta contains hundreds of words from S, means pronouncing S sound wasn’t issue at all Then what’s the origin of these different ways of speaking? 1/

Neither! Malik Kafur was a Marhātt! Just as Vedic Kshatriya ≠ modern Kshatriya, the 13th-century Marhātt ≠ Maratha, and the Marhātt region included southern Gujarat and northern Maharashtra. All contemporaries (even Battuta) unanimously describe them as a handsome tribe.

The Sikhs learnt that the Afghans (being Muslims) considered pigs impure, and used pig fat & blood as a form of psychological warfare against them on the battlefield. It worked effectively, and they believed the same tactic could be used against other Muslims as well. On 18 Jan 1782, around 20,000 Sikh cavalry invading Awadh encamped at Balwalau Ghat. They used the same tactic, slaughtered pigs, extracted fat and blood, lit fires with pig fat, and rubbed (and greased) swords, arrows, bullets, guns and weapons with pig blood and fat. However, the opposing forces were not Afghan Muslims, but Hindustani Muslims, who were well accustomed to such psychological maneuvers. None of these tactics had any impact on the Awadhi Muslims. The commanders (Amjad Khan, Muhammad Hussain Khan, and Mir Muhammad Shah) led their battalions and attacked them. The Sikhs were unable to cope with a force composed of skilled artillerymen and gunners. After intense fighting, they gave way and retreated to the village of Chanauhri. The Awadh forces pursued them and, without giving them any rest, attacked again. It turned into a total Sikh disaster - they were routed and forced to flee across the Ganga River, where many drowned while escaping. Moral of the story: Pig products aren't the security you think they are.
