@tha_drug I do night showers to scrub all the dirt & sweat from the day & so I can sleep in a clean bed + put deodorant to prevent sweat in my sleep. In the morning I do more of a rinse “shower” where I rinse my body with water not like a SCRUB & wash my face & teeth. It helps me wake up
