This is the only way I can see it working out. With his age, need to see him in 12 personnel early and often. Probably should add an OL with one of the 3rd round picks to make it make sense. Will have guys that Coen can utilize to attack all levels of the field.

No. 56, Jacksonville Jaguars: Nate Boerkircher, TE, Texas A&M I'M SO CONFLICTED. Boerkircher is my guy in this class, does a bit of everything and is underrated in the passing game, but this feels a bit rich for him. Death by 12 personnel soon, nice complement to Strange

Brennon Morioka and Stanford Carr also both said on HNN's Spotlight now in Sept. 2025 that demolition would take a 10 months before construction.
It's currently March -- 10 months from now is 2027.
Demolition was supposed to start last August to hit March 2029 timeline.

Aloha Halawa District Partners presented these to the state legislature today, which are subject to change.
The renderings feature a 31k seat stadium base, and what the “wave” addition would look like to bring capacity to 40k.

@Jeff_Reinebold I agree itʻs not ideal, however, for a project as huge as this, itʻs nothing short of a miracle thst itʻs moving forward. The repairs for the Aloha stadium should have been done back when Coach Jones was calling for it. Because it was public money it was always a hard sell.

Disappointing deadline for Heat fans. The Giannis stuff I can understand. Milwaukee clearly wasn’t ready to move him yet. But not getting some assets? Moving a vet to get pick/s? Missed opportunity to try and pivot to next phase IMO. Status quo just hard to sell right now.
