Hey @TPExpressTrains settle an argument between me and your staff that I've had these pies hot before? They won't heat them up. I had these hot as recent as Wednesday. Also cheers for cancelling the train I am on 1505 from Glasgow while I am on it because you're failing.

@TPExpressTrains im grabbing the 14.20 train from York to Leeds. However I am currently on a rail replacement bus and Im scared Ill miss it as we are running behind. However my train ticket is a split ticket. Can I use it for the next service?

@TPExpressTrains I am going to miss my next train due to delays with 17.11 train from Sheffield to Manchester. Meant to be going from Manchester Piccadilly direct to Edinburgh but can’t see anymore direct trains with transpennine. Any idea what to do here? Thank you

@TPExpressTrains He was due to get the 16.30 train from Manchester Airport but it didn’t arrive until 17.40 but he had to get off and get another train and then the York train was cancelled

Hi Sam, i have responded to you on the other thread. There are no specific seat reservations that can be booked, as reservations are closed. However i was able to get you a counted place, meaning that you have been counted towards the total number of advanced tickets remaining. ^Jay

@TPExpressTrains Well… apparently it can be? I’ve paid already for the ticket. I need to know if there is space to sit, I have luggage - I bought this kind of ticket in purpose to guarantee a seat and avoid crowding
