The fog has now lifted and the course is now open.

Saturday 21st March. Foggy start to the day has resulted in a temporary closure of the course for health and safety purposes. We will continue to monitor it and will update when conditions improve.

At last some dry, warm weather. During Jan and Feb 2025, we had 150mm (6”) of rain, and it rained for a total of 21 days. During the same period this year we had 250mm (10”) and it rained for 43 days, so we only had 16 days during Jan and Feb with no rain @Tewkesburypark

Friday 20th February. 5 temporary greens in play. Trolleys are allowed today. However, carry preferred if possible to reduce the wear.

Thursday 19th February. 7 temporary greens in play, no trolleys. Another wet start to the day with 9mm of rain falling last night. To put it into perspective, in the last 40 days we have had some sort of rain for 35 of those days tallying 100mm more than this stage last year.

Wednesday 18th February. 5 temporary greens in play. Carry only due to the ground conditions.

Tuesday 17th February. 7 temporary greens this morning. Carry only, no trolleys.

Monday 16th Feb: yet more rain overnight. CARRY ONLY and 12 temporary greens in play. The course is slippery in places so please take care.

Sunday 15th February. 5 temporary greens in play. No trolleys, carry only due to the ground conditions.

Saturday 14th February. We have 6 temporary greens in play today. Carry only please due to the ground conditions

Friday 13th February. Another wet start to the day with 8mm of rain overnight and rain forecasted for the rest of the day, we have 8 temporary greens in play. Carry only please NO TROLLEYS.

Thursday 12th February. Further rain forecasted for today which has resulted in 8 temporary greens in play and carry only please to protect the course during this wet period.

Wednesday 11th February. 8 temporary greens in play today. No trolleys due to the ground conditions

Tuesday 10th Feb: CARRY ONLy and we do have a few temporary greens in play. Please take care while out on the course as it is slippery in places.

Monday 9th February: CARRY ONLY and 9 temporary greens in play all day. Please take care as the course is slippery in places.

Sunday 8th February: CARRY ONLY, 8 TEMPORARY GREENS in play. Another 10mm of rain yesterday, that’s over 35mm since Friday. The course is very wet, please take care as it is slippery in places.

Saturday 7th February: 19mm overnight brings the weekly total to 51mm. Apart from 3 days, it has rained everyday since 8th January with a total of 150mm (6”). We are open but are on temporary greens and CARRY ONLY all day. Please take care when walking the course, as it slippery.

Friday 6th February. 10mm of rain last night with rain forecasted throughout the day has resulted in all temporary greens in play and NO trolleys

Thursday 5th February. 5 temporary greens in play. Trolleys permitted, carry preferred to reduce the wear around the course.
