Maybe this is controversial of me but if you see the scenes so clearly in your head but can’t get them into cohesive words that sound good, maybe you’re just not a writer lol

@katereinking That part of the post is 25% of the caption. Not a nitpick.
English

@TPosingGerrit That is the most nitpicky thing to criticize somebody clearly justified in their disappointment. Like what are we doing here?
English

Y’all, I promise, not everything needs to be dissected. Actors can express disappointment for not getting a role without us making it a think piece about how it made US feel.
And no, this industry isn’t fair. It’s brutal and full of rejection. A little empathy goes a long way
megan@rachsdaya
someone from the og cast of octet posted this and i honestly find it so weird? movie adaptations of musicals almost never include the originating cast of the show (in the same roles at least) i just genuinely find it so odd to act like you were owed a role in the movie.
English

@katereinking Its right there with him stating that it is “right” for the role to go to him, especially since he follows it up with reasons why it is “right.” Again I think it’s totally fair to share disappointment and I admire him for sharing it. I would be happy to discuss this further.

@TPosingGerrit Please point to the part of this post that frames it as a moral failing of the production, because that’s a WILD interpretation

@SethMacFarlane I know you said it’s too expensive Seth, but I beg of you to bring it back for season 3. It’s everything a sitcom should be.
