@w_milczynska It would also smell a lot stronger than it already does and the rat population would be even larger.

if London had this weather all year round: 1) it’d be no. 1 city on earth, 2) the rent prices would be 3-4x

@naturehealyou It depends where you live. While it was common historically in China and in Rome, even then courtyards were for the richer people rather than ordinary folk.

Coming soon to the UK cos it's easier to do this than try to follow the ECHR's guidance. Services & companies will do the easiest thing to avoid any liability & it's unisex or single stalls that will achieve that.

Melbourne’s new “all gender toilets” are peak woke lunacy. One hidden camera. One incident. One woman or child harassed… and it’s game on. I’m absolutely sick of this rubbish! Vote these idiots out in November! 🙏🏽

@mikegalsworthy Small businesses are crying out for this. There seems to be no mention of how much harm Brexit did to them, it is only the big companies that get a mention.

@TheRealJamieKay Yes, they forget Jesus, Mary and Joseph were all refugees who fled the Roman Empire to escape the murder of Jesus and went to Egypt which was independent at the time. Imagine if on arrival they had been locked up in camp. The New Testament would be very different.

Funny how these ‘patriotic Christians’ never seem to follow this part of the Bible. Leviticus 19:33–34.

@OrdinaryGoose @PhilWMagness There was no guarantee of the end of the monarchy. However, you are trying to suggest that protests (which had been happening for years, remember the 1905 Revolutions) *first hand* led to the abdication, whereas while they impacted the actual abdication came from manoeuvres among

@OrdinaryGoose @PhilWMagness by Rasputin. 5) There was unrest on the streets and demands for democracy. Note most of the Bolshevik leaders, notably Lenin and Trotsky were not back in Russia at this time. The Duma, indeed parliamentarianism had been substantially weakened 1905-1911, so it had minimal impact.

@OrdinaryGoose @PhilWMagness Not what I said. They pressurized him because: 1) Russia had been losing the war consistently. 2) He had taken over as Commander-in-Chief, a job he was very poor at. 3) Inflation and food shortages. 4) His wife was believed to be a German spy and felt to have been too influenced
