@Cedar_Options @AdeldMeyer @elonmusk Things move quickly when it's merely data packets. Thats the unspoken truth of Big Data. Ppl focusing on Free Speech, Climate Change, Civil Liberties or better, exposing WEF (I'm guilty too- Its so easy to get distracted). But Big Data is the biggest & transcends all mentioned

🚨😱😱😱🤯🤯🤯🤬🤬 ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND SHOCKED TO MY CORE!!! I just watched Leslie Manookian from @theHFDF drop this bombshell and I am literally shaking with rage and horror!!! 😡 💥 How DARE the Supreme Court deny this petition and let the Ninth Circuit’s disgusting ruling stand?!?! This is pure EVIL. The government can now FORCE any medical intervention on YOU — vaccines, shots, whatever they want — with ZERO evidence it even works, no real judicial review, nothing!!! Just because some bureaucrat “believes” it might help “public health”??? 🤢🤮 This is the DEATH of bodily autonomy and the Constitution all in one sickening blow!!! Full transcript from Leslie Manookian in the video: “This means that the Ninth Circuit’s egregious ruling—that it doesn’t matter whether a shot stops transmission or infection, all that matters is that a state official could have believed a shot would help individual members of the public—will stand. And it’s now precedent in the largest circuit in the United States. But this is the most important thing for us to all take away: the system is not going to protect us. It’s up to us, the people … to refuse to ever obey a mandate from authority again. They’re already stirring the pot of fear about the supposed African disease … and this new one from the cruise ships. This is what’s coming, folks. What is going to protect us … is us as individuals standing up, linking arms with our friends and our neighbors, and saying no, we refuse to comply. We will never again obey your civil liberty-violating mandates. And we have to fight state by state to pass laws that protect our rights and freedoms. Because the federal government’s not going to do it.” Where is the outrage?! This ruling spits in the face of every American who fought for freedom during the covid nightmare. They’re basically handing tyrants a blank check to experiment on us again and again. Leslie is 100% right — the system is NOT going to protect us. It’s broken, corrupted, and captured by Big Pharma interests. The same people who lied to us before are already stirring the pot of fear about some “African disease” and cruise ship nonsense. They’re prepping the next round of mandates while we sleep!!! 😭🔥 This makes me want to SCREAM. I am so absolutely disgusted I can barely type. Our children, our families, our bodies — they’re treating us like cattle for the state machine. No more “my body my choice” when it suits them? This is tyranny disguised as “public health” and it’s the most repulsive betrayal I’ve ever seen from the highest court in the land. But we are NOT powerless!!! Leslie nailed it — WE must refuse to comply. NEVER AGAIN will we bow to their experimental jabs or liberty-violating mandates, no matter what phony “emergency” they cook up next. Link arms with your neighbors, your friends, your communities and say NO! Fight state by state for Medical Freedom Acts like Idaho’s that ban these mandates once and for all. This video has me fired up and heartbroken at the same time. America, wake the hell up before it’s too late!!! Share this everywhere. Tag everyone you know. The fight is HERE and it’s NOW. We the people will protect our own freedoms because the system just proved it won’t. I am beyond disgusted. This is a national disgrace. 😤💔🚨 #NoMoreMandates #BodilyAutonomy #MedicalFreedom #ResistTyranny #SCOTUSBetrayal #HealthFreedom #NeverAgain 🔥

LOW HISTAMINE FOODS: (Foods Generally Well-Tolerated) These are foods that are typically lower in histamine when fresh. Focus on fresh, unprocessed options, cook them the same day, and freeze leftovers immediately. Everyone’s tolerance varies, so start with small amounts and track your symptoms. This is a general guide based on common recommendations for histamine intolerance. PROTEINS (Fresh is Key) Fresh chicken or turkey (organic/grass-fed if possible) Fresh beef, lamb, or pork (not aged or pre-ground) Fresh white fish (e.g., cod, haddock, sole, pollock — best if flash-frozen right after catch) Eggs (whole eggs; some people react to whites as “liberators”) Fresh herbs for seasoning (basil, parsley, thyme, oregano) FRUITS (Fresh or Frozen) Apples (peeled if sensitive) Pears Blueberries Mango Melons (watermelon, cantaloupe) Peaches Cherries (in moderation) Coconut (fresh or flakes) Kiwi, figs, dragon fruit, guava, lychees, starfruit (varies by person) VEGETABLES Broccoli and cauliflower Carrots Zucchini (courgette) Cucumber Lettuce and leafy greens (iceberg, romaine, arugula) Asparagus Beets Cabbage (green, red, napa — not fermented) Bok choy Celery Sweet potatoes and white potatoes Onions and garlic (cooked; raw may bother some) Bell peppers (especially green/yellow) Green beans, peas, leeks GRAINS & STARCHES White rice, brown rice, jasmine rice Quinoa Amaranth Millet Buckwheat Red potatoes and sweet potatoes Corn (fresh or polenta) Rice cakes or plain rice noodles FATS & OILS Olive oil (extra virgin) Coconut oil Ghee or butter (small amounts, fresh) Avocado oil (if tolerated) Dairy & Alternatives (Fresh Only — Tolerance Varies)Fresh mozzarella, ricotta, or cream cheese (not aged) Lactose-free milk or yogurt (plain, if tolerated) Coconut yogurt (plain, unsweetened) Goat or sheep milk products (fresh) OTHER HELPFUL ITEMS Herbal teas (non-citrus, like ginger or peppermint — check tolerance) Maple syrup, honey (in small amounts), or stevia Chia seeds or flaxseeds (if tolerated) Freshly made bone broth (from low-histamine meats, frozen immediately) AVOID SUGAR! Sugar drives up histamine production by disregulating the gut microbiome QUICK TIPS FOR SUCCESS: —Freshness rules: Buy the freshest possible, cook/eat same day, or freeze right away. Leftovers can build histamine quickly. —Preparation: Steam, boil, or lightly sauté — avoid slow-cooking or fermenting. —Portion & Variety: Eat a rainbow of these foods to get nutrients. Many have natural antihistamine or gut-supporting properties (e.g., blueberries, broccoli). —Individual Differences: Test one new food at a time. Some lists rate foods 0–3 for histamine; these are mostly “0” or very low. —Source foods carefully: seek the cleanest, most toxin free food possible. Look for organic and GMO-FREE!

Akkermansia (full name: Akkermansia muciniphila) is a friendly (beneficial) bacterium that naturally lives in your gut. Think of it as a "gut gardener" or "mucus protector":It lives in the thin mucus layer that lines your intestines. —Its main job is to eat and break down mucus in a healthy way, which actually signals your body to make more fresh mucus. —This keeps the gut lining strong and sealed (helps prevent "leaky gut"). —Why It Matters (in Everyday Terms):It helps control inflammation. —It supports a balanced microbiome (the community of good bacteria). —It may improve metabolism, blood sugar control, and immune function. —Low levels of Akkermansia are often linked to conditions like obesity, diabetes, inflammatory bowel issues, and even some autoimmune problems. —Higher levels (or taking it as a supplement) are being studied for gut health benefits. —Key Facts: It is a next-generation probiotic — some companies now sell pasteurized (killed) or live versions as supplements because it’s so promising. —You can naturally support it by eating plenty of fiber-rich foods (like the vegetables in the low-histamine plan) and maintaining overall gut health. In short, Akkermansia is one of the “good guys” in your gut that helps keep the intestinal wall healthy and strong, like a maintenance crew for your digestive system.

WHOLLY DEFINITIONS FOR TODAY’S SPACE: ——CYTOKINES: Cytokines are tiny messenger proteins that immune cells send to each other. Think of them as text messages saying things like: "Send more help!" "Calm down, it's over!" or "Attack this!" They control inflammation (swelling and redness) and coordinate the whole immune response. —DAO (Diamine Oxidase)DAO is an enzyme (a helper protein) that breaks down histamine, kind of like a cleanup crew. It works mostly in your intestines and blood. If you don't have enough DAO, histamine from food or from your own body builds up and causes problems. —H RECEPTORS (Histamine Receptors) These are special "doors" or "locks" on cells that histamine uses to send messages. There are four main ones:H1: Causes itching, sneezing, runny nose, swelling, and tight airways. H2: Makes more stomach acid and can affect heart rate. H3: Mostly in the brain—helps control how awake you feel. H4: Helps move immune cells and causes inflammation in skin and gut. —HISTAMINE: Histamine is a chemical messenger. It's like the "ring the bell!" signal that tells your body, "Hey, something's happening!" A little bit is good—it helps with digestion and keeping you awake. But too much makes you itchy, sneezy, stuffy-nosed, flushed, or gives you a headache. It's what causes most allergy symptoms. —HIT (Histamine Intolerance)This isn't a true allergy—it's when your body can't break down histamine fast enough (usually because of low DAO). It's like trying to clean up a spilled drink with a tiny sponge. You get symptoms (headaches, hives, stomach issues) after eating foods high in histamine, like aged cheese, wine, or leftovers. —HNMT (Histamine N-Methyltransferase)This is the other main "cleanup crew" enzyme. It works inside your cells (especially in the brain and liver) to turn histamine into something harmless. DAO and HNMT are like two different janitors cleaning up the same mess. —IgE (Immunoglobulin E)IgE is a special antibody (a tag your immune system uses). It's like a "wanted poster" for allergens (things like peanuts or pollen). When IgE tags something, mast cells get the message to release histamine right away. High IgE is common in people with allergies. —MAST CELL: Mast cells are like the school's "emergency alarm" cells in your immune system. They sit quietly in places like your skin, nose, lungs, and gut. When they think there's danger (like pollen or sometimes food), they burst open and release chemicals—including histamine—to fight it. —MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome)This is when the mast cells are like overly sensitive fire alarms that keep going off for no good reason. Instead of waiting for real danger, they release histamine and other chemicals too easily or too often. This can make a person feel sick in lots of different ways (rashes, stomachaches, tiredness, etc.). —SCFAs (Short-Chain Fatty Acids)These are good chemicals made by healthy bacteria in your gut when they eat fiber. Names like butyrate, acetate, and propionate. They're like superfood for your gut lining and immune system. They help keep the gut wall strong, calm down overactive immune cells, and can even lower inflammation and histamine problems. These words all connect in the world of allergies, gut health, and how your immune system works! Let me know if you want examples or pictures for any of them.

After more than two decades in the health freedom movement, it’s wild to watch celebrities and longtime prescription-pad doctors suddenly rebrand as “holistic experts“ hawking supplements as if they’ve mastered herbal remedies, energy healing, and the gut microbiome overnight. Their scripts feel glitchy because they often are. Real healing isn’t a trendy rebrand or a shiny new label slapped onto the same old approach. It demands years of research, hands-on study, clinical experience, trial and error, and deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence. From food as medicine to environmental toxins to the subtle layers of energy work, teaching and guiding people unaccustomed to natural health is not a hobby to be dabbled with. Those of us who’ve been in this marginalized arena long before it became fashionable laid the foundation others now trying to copy. We’ve been teaching the truth about real diet, lifestyle, root-cause healing, and health freedom while it was still considered “fringe.” Be cautious of newcomers. Not everyone with a platform or a fresh title knows what they’re doing. Some come with good intentions. Many are simply chasing the wave. Protect your health and your trust. Seek proven depth, lived experience and real results, not just polished hype, celebrity shine or clout chasers. Seek out those who never wavered. 🍃❤️🍃

After a decade of speaking up about various topics, putting together posts with studies, writing letters, filing FOIA requests, attending protests for bodily autonomy, etc... I’m tired, y’all. The constant hate messages. The death threats. The bot farms. The 20+ unknown calls that magically start ringing the moment I post on X. Coincidence? Who knows. Now it feels like I’m speaking into the void. It’s giving 2020 Facebook vibes all over again, except at least back then they told me I was in “FB jail.” Here, it’s just a game. One day your posts are seen, the next day they’re buried. A constant algorithm fight that I’m honestly so over. I’m not looking for sympathy. I chose to speak up about the things I do, and I stand by my opinions and beliefs. But that doesn’t mean I can’t get tired of it all. I know I’m not the only one feeling this way. Part of me wants to do something different… I’m just not sure what direction I want to go in yet. And maybe that’s the point of all this. Wear people down. Exhaust them. Make them self-censor. Make them quit and disappear. But the fact that some people want me to shut up so badly honestly makes me want to do the exact opposite. 🧐 Does anyone else feel this way?

Another safety signal from the modmRNA shots is becoming more and more evident. In my small circle alone, 3 new cases of Myasthenia Gravis diagnosed within the past 4 years. Then I see a commercial for a patented treatment and the spokesperson is one of my tennis idols, Monica Seles. Yup, she was diagnosed in 2022. My personal opinion is this is not coincidental.

Is the issue still present? Just joined as listener. So far so good. Not experiencing the Listener mode muting issue. I've found the inability to hear the speakers stops when one joins as a Speaker but as a listener the audio will do in (~5seconds) and out (~15-20 seconds) and behavior repeats- regardless of device hardware, isp backhaul, and X account- my troubleshooting runs thru 2+ mediums for each of those variables. It is exceptionally frustrating. Listening to Space as a recording finds no audio issue.
