@MacBelts Sonja and her mother know that all the money Wicknell has is not earned legitimately. Why are we shedding tears 😢 😭 for them? If anything, they're exactly where they're supposed to be,

Despite the consent for bail with the State agreeing Sonja and her mother will spend the night at Chikurubi. The Magistrate who was supposed to preside over the case did not turn up and the stand in Magistrate then decided to overturn the bail decision and has adjourned the case until tomorrow afternoon for ruling on bail. Chigananda pulling the strings indeed.

@Aretetolife_03 @itohan_olat It's the erosion of our 'african' culture. ⚫️ men dont think like white men because white men accept divorced women because culturally, it's okay. ⚫️ women need to understand how ⚫️ men think before jumping ships, ⚫️ men don't see value in a divorced woman

@itohan_olat It's easier for a divorced man to remarry than for a divorced woman to do the same. Society is not fair to women who left their marriages. They believe whatever happened is these women's fault.

Itohan 🐘 🌟 💜 supremos baby
After leaving her marriage, a woman said she was shocked to find that all the single men who used to flirt with her while she was still married had disappeared. She explained that when she was married, several single men would constantly compliment her, send her messages, and make advances—even though they knew she was married. But the moment she left and was officially single, none of those same men reached out or made a move again. She shared her experience online, saying she ended the marriage because of unresolved issues and had hoped her dating prospects would be better once she was single. The reality turned out to be very different.

@TashingaPswara1 @65 I don’t know about you, most of my 65 year old neighbours are retired and enjoying life. I don’t have to be alone when I have my mum who can visit and go or my mother in law who can stay 5 years at a stretch.

Maternity leave across countries is one topic that will quickly tell you which governments believe women are human beings and which ones believe “good luck sis”. 🇨🇦 Canada = “Take your time, bond with your baby, heal properly.” Government basically says motherhood is an actual human experience. 🇺🇸 USA = “Congratulations on your newborn. By the way, are you joining the Zoom call tomorrow?” Your maternity leave can end before your hospital trauma does. 🇬🇧 UK = “Rest small but don’t get too comfortable.”Better than many places, but your salary may start reducing gradually. 🇳🇬 Nigeria = Depends entirely on whether your employer fears God 😭 🇸🇪 Sweden = “Both parents deserve rest and family time.” They treat parenting like society’s responsibility, not women’s punishment. 🇳🇴 Norway = “Please recover mentally, emotionally and physically.” Imagine a government encouraging people to rest without guilt. 🇩🇪 Germany = Structured. Organized. Plenty protection for parents. Even the baby probably receives official documentation before leaving the hospital. 🇫🇷 France = “Motherhood is important but so is your quality of life.” Childcare support, healthcare, benefits… soft life with paperwork. Meanwhile African mothers are expected to give birth, entertain visitors, cook, answer “when is the next baby coming?” and attend church dedication all before their stitches even heal. Which country actually understands motherhood 👇

@adanonso_ Your argument is centred on the impact of £€$¥ but doesn't address the fundamental issue of the best interests of mother and baby in the African context (post), Family is at the heart of early childhood development,

My brother/sister, when you finally experience a system where your taxes actually return to you as healthcare, maternity benefits, roads, public libraries and functioning emergency services, you too will start defending taxes with your full chest. Until then, enjoy arguing with vibes and patriotism.

@adanonso_ The 🇨🇦 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 system makes no provision for the aftermath. When you're alone at home with the little one, you're literally on your own. You'll have the occasional visit from the midwife and group classes at your local library. it's because Grandma is at work @65 years of age

Lol exactly. Many women abroad are not just sitting at home without income. They receive benefits, job protection and actual recovery time. Also, this conversation is not even about whether one income can sustain a family. It is about how societies treat women during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum recovery. Looking at it holistically, many African countries still have a very long way to go in that aspect.

Counted seven men in their twenties at the bar last night. Not one was talking to a woman. They were watching a game none of them played, in a city none of them were born in, drinking beer none of them brewed, surrounded by women they were too defeated to approach. The whole room stenched of hypnotized surrender.

I have barely scratched the surface of the deluge that will likely follow Starmer. All the would-be PMs will dance to the tune of Labour MPs, the very people who blocked the attempt to shave a paltry £5 billion off the welfare bill. Their response to the current £333.7 billion annual welfare bill – over 23 per cent of total government spending – is that it’s not big enough. None of it adds up. Spending can’t increase indefinitely, especially if you go after the people whose money you need them to lend to you. And taxes can’t keep rising, especially if you need growth to pay for spending. Yet such obvious, banal statements are viewed by many Labour MPs as some sort of right-wing dogma. Dire as Sir Keir Starmer is, he is the dam holding off utter insanity and economic meltdown. ✍️ Stephen Pollard Article | spectator.com/article/starme…

This is neither poverty nor coersion or threats for we have many in more vulnerable situations but solid. We have a more deeper crisis beyond Zanu PF , a society that can't stand up for anything. A people who "Hate" Zanu PF but secretly admire it's extravagant lifestyle.

Hello. My mum paid for a 2016 NISSAN NOTE at Hezy Motors. She is a civil servant due to retire this year. She used all her savings to pay for a car at Hezy Motors, and paid for the car in full. Initial payment was done in August 2025, mota ndeya March 2016. Mama vatoo gogo, granny to 13 grandchildren. Vanonetseka nemakumbo, she walks with a limp, struggles to even stand for a long time. She has been sent on a wild goose chase. In short gogo, varikufudziswa zvipembere. I have been trying to engage Hazel Mafu, at 1st she was dismissive and even deleting my posts on her page achiti it's a personal page. Yesterday, she responded after I sent her a DM and she told me that the car is owing a balance that needs to be paid first. Even after sending her receipts that tally with her invoices. She then says endai kuOffice munoona finance team. Apa reports say her employees were arrested and gadgets seized. Be that as it may, mota ndeya March 2016 and its past the 10year mark. Gogo paid the following: 1. $3000 received by TRISH 2. $1000 received by TRISH 3. $448 received by MELODY 4. $1298 received by CATHRINE 5. INSURANCE $206 received by TRISH Total: $5,952 Is it unreasonable to say ana gogo need compassion and care? Vakura, they are vulnerable. Iko kuenda kwaHezy Motors vakaenda tisingazive vanzwa ichitaurwa kunzi iri kubatsira maCivil servants. Havarare varikunetseka, ende munoziva nezera racho ndiyo yatova prayer point iyoyo. Unfortunately, didn't know she had paid for a car there, otherwise we would have warned her. She said she was referred there kuti ndivo vari kubatsira ma civil servants.

@tfambirai @Cde_begar @InessaTori7603 I use my 🧠 to think, if you understand how our beloved 🇿🇼 works you'll realise that civil servants are at the heart of its demise they simply hide behind Zanu incompetence to accumulate wealth at our expense, he who lives by the sword dies by the sword

The TUNGWARARAS have become the walking PAGEANTS of the system’s insensitive display of ARROGANCE, IGNORANCE, EXTRAVAGANCE, DISCONNECT, and MORAL COLLAPSE in the face of mass suffering. In the prophetic order of things, they are unknowingly performing a role, exposing publicly what investigative journalists, scholars, activists, and alternative leaders have for years tried, under intimidation and impossible conditions, to reveal to the nation. Their extravagance, displayed while millions languish in POVERTY, HUNGER, JOBLESSNESS, and HOPELESSNESS, will one day become a source of deep regret even to themselves. And honestly, I mourn for the little girl, because she is merely a victim of a politically unschooled father who lacks the decorum, restraint, and conscience required of public life. How I wish this moment had come when she was old enough to choose for herself what should remain private and what should become a national spectacle. I pray for you my sister!!!!

In the 37 years Mugabe was President, never did we see his Ministers kids out in public or in front of cameras flashing money at state events. They enjoyed all the loot out in private, they had the dignity not to rub it off in front of the poor people. They were no saints but we hardly know if Nicholas Goche had kids, same for Chindori Chindinga, Mai Mujuru, Amos Midzi etc. To put it well 'pane kamwe kachibharanzi kana Mnangagwa and his Ministers'. How does a father allow his daughter to do such? Its not show off but 'Chibharanzi bharanzi'. To top it all there are soldiers holding guns yet their pay cannot allow them to buy new underwear. What a mess we are in. If this does not motivate you to stop Zanupf then what will?

@OkaPhusisa Here's the part you're missing. Those same civil servants have the option not to turn up to work and collapse the system. Civil service is a big part of the problem. They account for 98% of all corruption in 🇿🇼 they've all built 🏠 on $200/month salary 😃

Tuwangwarara daughter and her lot can do the treasure hunt with their agemates and we might give them the benefit of the doubt however when they have nurses dance to win prizes, we can’t tolerate that. Nurses and all other civil servants must be paid properly, they don’t need anyone’s charity. They just need dignified remuneration
