Same add, new domain

This is yet another rinse and repeat of the same scam that I keep reporting. Googles handling of this is quite atrocious. I'm at a loss of what todo and Google doesn't seem to care.

I'm only posting this information publicly because it seems the reporting process isn't sufficient. Also, I highly doubt I get any traction on this, but I feel better that it's out in the public eye now.
