Its not nice being black in this weather. I want to play but hoomans say i have to stay in the shade. Guess what I did....... Waited for them to play.......

They said it was too hot for me, so I went and sat on my garden sofa, in the shade, to wait for them to play.....

(broken) man hooman is reading @JohnNicholRAF 's new book Blitz (he says he's been looking forward to it for ages) with his leg up, so I got in the cold paddling pool and shook myself off by him. He towelled me down (THE best thing ever!!!!!!) like a well trained hooman.

With the weather being hot today, the (still broken) hoomans put out a paddling pool and a sprinkle pool for me to play in. I stayednoutbof them both like a good girl. So man hooman turned off the taps to save water. Then I got in.....

It’s my AMAZING mums 70th birthday today! 🥳 she’s not just my mum, she’s also my best friend, and the one thing the years have done is brought us closer together…which I will be forever thankful for 🙏❤️ Obviously she’s NOT on Twitter…she can barely work facebook out, but can we just show her some love so I can read her out some messages when I see her! 🙌

Now I sleeps too.

Man hooman is feeling a bit poorly after surgery and cant move about so is staying in bed a bit more for a few days. I am making sure he is comfty and looking after him. And keeping the bed warm. And getting ear and tummy rubs. I will aid his recovery.

@Ralph_Retriever Broken (soon to be recovered) hooman & man (new broken) hooman have sussed me & tell me to "Moovyabum" so I do. They still give me treats. I got lots tonight because I missed man hooman while he was in hospital today, but he is back now, sighing, grumping & back to normal.

My stupid owners still don't understand. I am now waiting in the prime position while she clears up. At some point she will trip over me & drop scraps on the floor! Fellow family dogs - you know what I mean!

While broken hooman rests at home, man hooman is in hospital today for minor surgery on his foot, so i won't be running in fields or on beaches for a while. In protest, I have not eaten my breakfast and am sulking till he comes home.

Hahaha bestest news pals! Vet lady phoned, my lump was just a wart so no need to worry although mum has worried for us all. I took the weekend off shenanigans but I think I’ll catch up on them since I’m fit and raring to go!!! Yayyyyy!

Busy doing nothing, as it turns out, is quite a full-time role. Absolutely no plans to move unless snacks are involved 🥰

My owners have friends around for a barbie. Luckily, some of them don't know the 'don't feed the dog chips & dips from the table' rule, which is why I am sitting next to this lovely chap!
