The best part about Spirit Airlines is not compensating after cancelled flights, and telling the customer they need to book another flight and pay out of pocket. As a Supervisor, you can do better. Amazing service. Now I will be down an extra $1000 I was saving for the trip. :)

it's just the way spirit airlines fully wants people to understand they do not care. like every single employee is just out here living, delaying flights, having attitudes, never shying from showing their annoyance
