Supreme Court of India is a Joke! 100 meters and less mountains will not be considered as Arravalis as decided by them! Which means, out of 12,081 mountains, only 1048 qualify to be Arravalis. According to this, 90% of these are not considered Arravalis! Speak up b4 it's 2 late!
