This is inaccurate—it’s because of the way they were slaughtered. Second, in Mark, after the events of the pigs and demons, Jesus says you can only defile yourself by what comes out of you (your heart), not by what goes in. He says you can eat anything because the body can handle it and dispose of it. We need be very concerned about what arises from within ourselves and our hearts.
The meaning behind the pig parable is actually that pigs are gluttonous like humans. And the demons begged Jesus that He cast them into the pigs. Why? Because no discipline leads to a vulnerable body incapable of standing up to the demonic forces.

@NowTheEndBegins There is not one gematria system where Donald J Trump equals 666 or 616 but Neron Ceaser and Nero Ceaser does in Hebrew Gematria. World leaders are always claimed to be the beast but none of them add up because that calculation is for Nero Ceaser in 70 AD. Already happened.

@paulsaladinomd It comes from the gut!!! They were so self-righteous.

I didn't realize drinking one cup of milk every 30 minutes in the morning would put me in a hyper-anabolic regenerative state.
No appetite in the morning? Don't force a meal.
Just drink milk.
Keeps blood sugar stable. Hydrates you. Delivers consistent protein, fat, and carbs in amounts your gut can actually process.
When you start craving something salty, that's your signal your body is ready for solid food.
Simplest morning protocol I've found.

I’d have to agree. You can lead a horse to water. Many people don’t have the time or discipline to cook. And others may think sardines are better, but are always on the go. And who’s going to pull out a can of sardines at the office over a protein bar? Or in your car? Yes, real food always. But society and its norms aren’t really ever practical.
English

Have you tried the protein bar? It's hands down the cleanest, best tasting bar on the market. There is a huge need for products like this. I would far rather see you eating steak, eggs and fruit than a protein bar but that's simply not realistic for most people all of the time. Why not create something FAR better than 99% of what is out there to help people make steps toward overall health?
As far as the deuterium conversation goes, we can certainly test the levels in the bar but they won't be higher than other protein bars, probably far better with the quality of our ingredients.
English

I really struggle with you… seem like a good dude but either money motivates you or you simply don't get it. Idk
But scare people from sardines and sell them a packaged protein deuterium bomb.
Ignorance or fraud?

@paulsaladinomd That’s right after the Great Depression. They’re fasting even when they don’t want to. The new America is one of abundance with no discipline and no time.

We talking grocery stores or restaurants? Restaurants are horrible. Cheapest ingredients, maximum menu price. So no argument there. Grocery stores however, you can find amazing food. Best in the world, no doubt. France, Türkiye, and Spain are pulling grapes from Africa in the supermarkets that are sprayed with Lord knows how many chemicals.
English

@TheCounterCause @MarioNawfal I am not sure. Many of my friends were in the US and said that it's a beautiful country but very expensive with awful food. There must be something in that.

🇺🇸🇪🇺 The food you eat every day is banned in Europe. Not some of it. Most of it.
American strawberries are sprayed with pesticides linked to hormone disruption and cancer that are banned across Europe. Drop one in salt water and see what comes out.
American white bread contains potassium bromate, a cancer-linked chemical banned in the EU, Canada, China, and India. The FDA hasn't reviewed it since 1973.
Same products. Different standards. And Americans eat this every single day.

And most of those China numbers perished in a span of less than 5 years. The CCP had poor farmers literally throw their crops along the road side so they could tell Chairman Mao, as his convoy passed, it’s because of all the excess they had and didn’t know what to do with it. “We’re doing so great, we can’t even give it away!” Meanwhile they’re all starving to death and Mao’s running around with venereal diseases because he’s so paranoid someone will try to poison the bath water, nor is he brushing his teeth because he thinks someone will try to whack him that way too. And all of the prostitutes are bragging that they regained The Clap to prove to the other girls they had been sleeping with the chairman.
Communism sounds awesome.

Aspirin was developed to treat pain.
Nobody expected it to also:
→ Lower cortisol and stress amplification
→ Enhance T3 uptake into cells (you run warmer, more pro-metabolic)
→ Oppose estrogen dominance in men and women
→ Lower iron via aspirin metabolites that chelate excess iron
→ Reduce prostaglandins (the drivers of pain, swelling, and hormonal imbalance)
→ Protect against lipid peroxidation
→ Improve erectile function through better blood flow
→ Show therapeutic potential against multiple cancers
→ Improve skin quality
→ Support liver fat reduction
I did a 4g daily megadose experiment.
Ferritin dropped. Inflammation dropped. Warmth improved.
For a headache pill, it does a lot of things nobody talks about.
It's the most accidentally powerful drug in your medicine cabinet.

A kid drew himself sleeping in bed between mom and dad and labeled it 'safe.'
In Japan, this exact sleeping arrangement has a name. They call it 'the river.' Mother is one bank. Father is the other. The child between them is the water. Roughly 70% of Japanese mothers sleep this way with their kids, sometimes through the teenage years. The Western model of putting a kid alone in their own bedroom is barely 200 years old. For most of human history, in most cultures still alive today, kids slept beside their parents.
James McKenna runs the Mother-Baby Behavioral Sleep Lab at Notre Dame. He spent decades watching what happens when parents and kids share a bed. The bodies sync up. Heart rates align with the parent's, breathing falls into the same rhythm, and by morning even sleep stages have started matching. The parent's body, in McKenna's words, acts as a kind of biological jumper cable for the child's.
In 2013, researchers in the Netherlands tracked 193 babies through the first year of life. They measured cortisol, the brain's main stress hormone. Babies who had spent more weeks co-sleeping in the first six months produced less cortisol under stress at 12 months. Sleeping near a parent had rewired the kid's stress system to be calmer under pressure.
Inside the kid's brain at night, the amygdala, the fear alarm, gets more sensitive as the body gets tired. Darkness makes it worse. A 2021 paper in PLoS One from Australian researchers showed that light directly suppresses amygdala activity. Lights off, alarm louder. The whole brain is wired to read 'alone in a dark room' as a threat.
Now add a parent's body to that bed. The kid's nervous system reads warm body, breathing nearby, familiar smell. The threat alarm dials down. Two parents on either side dial it down twice. The drawing is the kid's brain calculating maximum safety: I am surrounded by the people who keep me alive, and nothing can reach me without going through them first.
The arrangement in this drawing is what most of human history called 'sleeping.' Sleeping the kid alone in another room is a 200-year-old Western invention that we forgot was an invention. Every kid who has ever padded into your room at 3am and crawled into the middle of the bed is just trying to redraw the picture.

Did you happen to know about the two great men (William Tyndale and John Rogers) who were both tortured and burned at the stake (by the Vatican) for heresy?
Yes, the same two gentleman who were responsible for the first English translations of the Holy Bible - right after the end of the Millennial Reign (keeping in mind that 300 years were added to our timeline, after the fact).
William Tyndale translated the Tyndale Bible in 1525 and it cost him his life.
John Roger’s created the 1537 Matthew’s Bible - which also cost him his life.
Two great heroes - that we know nothing about.
And if you do the math - it all makes sense.

Great thread on tendon pain and solutions. I suggest everyone follow @hjluks he’s on a roll lately; also see his post on why hard, high rep leg work is not the same as cardio and why you must do cardio too (for heart health).
Howard Luks MD@hjluks
Tendon pain is the most common reason people come to see me. Most of it is self-inflicted — from doing too much, too soon, or from doing too little for too long. Let's review what most people (including many doctors) don't understand about why tendons hurt and how to fix them. 🧵

“But the curse of every ancient civilization was that its men in the end became unable to fight. Materialism, luxury, safety, even sometimes an almost modern sentimentality, weakened the fibre of each civilized race in turn; each became in the end a nation of pacifists, and then each was trodden under foot by some ruder people that had kept that virile fighting power the lack of which makes all other virtues useless and sometimes even harmful.”
-Teddy Roosevelt

Tucker Carlson just gave men some straight, uncomfortable truth about marriage:
Communication between husband and wife is only about 75% effective because men and women are fundamentally different — and pretending we’re the same is “the biggest lie I ever told.”
He says it’s so easy for a man to dismiss his wife when she gets emotional — to think she’s “crazy,” shut down, and walk away. A lot of men do it. He’s seen it. He’s done it.
But if you keep doing that, you will destroy your marriage.
His advice: As the husband, you have to be the leader in the home. Not a dictator or boss, but the one who stays in the conversation, listens until he truly understands what she’s really saying, and helps make the call when needed.
She wants that from you. If you keep shirking it, she’ll resent you for it.
It’s a hard pill, but it rings true.
Married guys — does this hit home?
