A 5 marka house in an average neighbourhood of Pakistan costs anywhere between 1.2 - 1.4 crores. Average pay of a newly graduated person from the top unis of Pak is between 40-60k pkr. If you do the math, it will take a guy around 16 years if he saves 60k monthly to buy a house
