She's a Veteran who got out in March of 25. She's working Full-time, going to school full time, and in the rest of that time she is either resting from being exhausted or she's picking my idiot a#% up out of the floor because our house is not handicap accessible and I try to do more for myself than I am able to spare her the extra efforts. My insurance demands that helping us to pay for a powerchair ramp to get in and out of the house is not a medical necessity. beyond that despite all my efforts our electric bill alone will be $600 for the next three months and we simply can't afford it. I have no pride left in which to be stubborn over. I have no shame either when it comes to doing what I can to help her. I've dealt with things like this most my life and I don't much care to improve it for myself. I want to make her life better and take any load off of her that I can. Please fix your Bio. Combining your name with it's content makes you seem like a parody. And after reading this, I'm not convinced you aren't. Regardless I'm not here to entertain random ramblings. Setting a precedent "couldn't spell that one either apparently" is exactly what defines laws and makes them NOT fluid. It codifies them and solidifies the laws to ensure they have equal and uniform enforcement and application. Whatever drugs you are smoking you can keep.

One ai scan, then perhaps a lawyer double check, ill bet anyone could find various illegal elements of any TOS. They just hope people wont read them.

Unfortunately I don't like to think that at all. I prefer to hope that the court and judge shouldn't matter at all. Judges are there to rule on the law and the letter of that law and rather or not the situation presented is or isn't in violation of that law. Laws should always be direct and scoped and have no room for error or alternate interpretation, that causes chaos and misunderstandings and when your rules are vague no one knows what they are doing wrong. If we don't like terms placed by games and companies the only real way to fight them effectively is to speak with our wallets and our time. Stop buying and playing games that have terms we don't agree with and the terms will change to be more suited to the consumer. As long as people continue to allow it and support it they will continue to do it. Really not much more to it I don't reckon.

See, apparently blizzard had a similar issue to this recently and publicly admitted "they handled it wrong", skeptical, but you arent wrong.

some people don’t seem to understand that xenos represents ffxiv in a way. the jpn incident is different, but has been happening for awhile. but in xenos case he is a BAD reputation for the game, and whatever he says reflects it. i can definitely understand why he was banned lol

@floofysupreme @StarWarsMan9 @dtoxmilenko Actually it's a compatibility issue. The game is incompatible with your system while you have your cheat. Remove either of the two and the other will work. Which means there's no damage at all.

Hot take. Riot completely has the right to stop cheat hardware and software from running, while their software is installed. This is the agreement you and Riot made together when installing their software. Riot does not have the right, to make it persistent, even after you uninstall it. That makes them malicious, even if you're a cheating git gud faker.

Their update has nothing to do with this post you made at all. You're just spewing shit now and even debunked yourself in your own post. Can indicate corruption OR COMPATIBILITY errors. Strong emphasis on that compatibility part as that's the issue. Doesn't corrupt anything. Just doesn't allow it to run while it's installed. You're trying to speak on a subject you're entirely ignorant about just cause you didn't understand how it works. That's fine and all, I can tolerate ignorance but when it crosses the line to stupidity I'll no longer humor it.

1. This doesn't address what I said even a little bit. 2. Why do you think drivers and firmware are .sys files? 3. Vgk.sys is literally a Vanguard system file. 4. This is a well-known issue with Vanguard, so much so that even Microsoft tells users to check for corrupt system files. Are you employed by the CCP or are you just being this retarded for free?

🚨do you understand what Riot Games just did to Valorant cheaters.. DMA was supposed to be untouchable. a second PC reading game memory remotely. zero footprint on the main rig. some kits cost $6,000. then Vanguard updated. - IOMMU restart warning fires mid-match - firmware locks the moment it triggers - closing Valorant won't save it - uninstalling Vanguard won't save it - only a full OS reinstall recovers - SATA and NVMe firmwares both dead - even high-end H2 boards got bricked - MSI ASUS ASRock all in on the detection Reddit and Discord lit up with people watching $6k rigs die in real time. the error message Riot served them on the way out: "cheat state [UNDETECTED] incompatible with account state [BANNED]"

1, automatically blocking people for calling out your ignorance isn't silencing them because their message is still there and everyone can see it. Most of those people would never speak to you anyway if not to call out your ignorance so you are only silencing yourself by blocking the only engagement you'll ever get anyway. 2 doesn't disable anything you just can't play their game while it's installed. Unplug the device and reboot and you're good to go. Well I say good to go. You'll get thrashed after having relied on cheats for so long.

No company should be legally allowed to brick someone’s hardware. And for the people saying this could help stop cheaters — false positives exist. That means legitimate players could end up having their hardware disabled or flagged despite doing nothing wrong.

Stop agreeing to their legally binding terms and then breaking them if you don't like the terms then don't buy or play the game. The only option is to speak with your time and your wallet. Complaining about them protecting their multi million dollar investment from bad actors isn't the flex you think it is. People want to complain but they don't want to band together and take action against the things they don't like.

Any online service reserves this same right including the very one you are using right now . ToS are binding and can only be voided where laws conflict. There are no conflicting laws against banning someone over off platform behavior while playing or representing your game. Grinding gear games has this same g thing in their terms. If you don't like the terms and want them to change then start speaking with your wallet and your time and play something else. Either the game will shut down and die, or they will improve their terms. That's really all there is to it
