Last week, Swedish Parliamentarians and @UNICEFSweden visited Uganda to see how Sweden’s partnership with @UNICEFUganda is driving lasting change for children. During the visit, they travelled with @SwedeninUG to different parts of Uganda to engage with communities and partners.

Today we joined our #UPLP alum @AndrewEmor as he launched a bold campaign on Lead Poisoning Prevention saving lives, protecting communities, and promoting awareness across Uganda. 🌍 Lead poisoning is 100% preventable.

Today, we commemorated the International Lead Pollution Prevention Week, under the theme “No Safe Level: Act Now to End Lead Exposure” Lead poisoning is entirely preventable & awareness is the first vaccine we can all afford. Let’s act to #EndLeadExposure #ILPPW2025 #BeyondPoison
