@DanLairdMD One could assemble an army out of “Customerservice” agents. They fight as if every single penny comes out of their babies milk money. Concept: A company that you pay for not getting what you need, sometimes to live. You pay that debaters salary.

Some CS reps are not trained completely on purpose - the company I worked for hid the EOB on @EPICEMRparody and could only see the bill they printed out & not the EOB to check WRONG! On so many levels

@pash22 @bmj_latest His mental health and his Physique took a hit with months of isolation and no sun but he never felt a symptom or tested positive as of yet - he said about 4 guys who were not close together were testing negative with no symptoms also

@pash22 @bmj_latest I do not know that answer-My son is incarcerated-over 266 confirmed cases in his unit locked dwn to avoid spread. He said his cell mate was ill with Covid & got moved. Guys all around him really sick & testing positive. He has tested negative 5 times with no symptoms & 1 mask

@RuthTapsell Almost 8 years now. I find the diet enjoyable, satiating, inexpensive and easily sustainable. It has reduced my insulin requirements and greatly assists me to maintain stable blood glucose, despite T1D, which makes everything easier, including work and exercise.

@topologic_apple @RuthTapsell I don’t understand how low carb is not sustainable long term. It’s so simple and basic and everything is easy to find.

@RuthTapsell Never understood how is low carb not sustainable... its not like you need to eat the same every day and all my favorite foods are ok. But I guess eating junk, industrial food becomes harder indeed, so if you only visit the frozen aisle in the supermkt maybe it does become harder.

As a GP I find #lowcarb to be a VERY effective approach to helping pts with T2D/weight gain. However, trying to convince my 2ndry care colleagues it's sustainable is not so easy. Has anyone managed to keep it up for a year or more? 🧐 If so, how long? Any plans to quit? 🙏

@askpanera I honestly enjoy going to Panera for coffee the outside seating or drive up option work really well. Would like to request a few low carb options if possible- some of us simply cannot eat most of what’s on your menu.
