It's a masterpiece. Sadly the YouTube quality is v poor. Kevin Brownlow has done more for film in this country than anyone- it would be an amazing tribute to him to clear the rights and broadcast /release it in a proper print once again .

The screenplay for A V Bramble's Wuthering Heights was written by Eliot Stannard who also wrote the classic The Lodger for #AlfredHitchcock The only known surviving screenplay for Wuthering Heights will be informing our own touring exhibition on this lost film.

We’ve just given a short talk at the #BritishSilentFilmFestival Symposium which was held at the gloriously eccentric Cinema Museum in London. The building was once the workhouse to which #CharlieChaplin was sent and is now a temple to the silver screen.
