@MrClean00007 @TheRicanMemes @Maga_Pup Until you either say a name/address combination of someone who has already voted or one that a poll worker recognizes (more of a risk in small precincts)

@AdamSchefter Jets will package picks together (if necessary) to get Arch Manning, just because they want a Manning.

There are going to at least 10,000 posts from people who don't find @nbcsnl funny but are watching #SNL50 just to tell you they don't find it funny.

@DCRando2020 @GuyDealership @BoilerRoomBro The incentive on leases is huge because it isn't income adjusted. It is the only thing that makes leases an EV over an ICE vehicle attractive to the less environmentally conscious.

@GuyDealership @BoilerRoomBro I’m not seeing why it’s a big deal for Tesla. People buy their cars because their Teslas, not because they get a discount. What am I missing?

Clearly both candidates came into this debate with a "Don't lose any voters" mindset, not "win new voters"#VPDebate2024

Patriots' season ticket holders are delusional. Lowest priced ticket for the 10-6 game is $160 (25% premium). Did anyone notice all the empty seats yesterday? @ZoandBertrand

@wallstreettaker @creation247 @elonmusk This is incorrect. Democrats have not control the presidency, house and senate since at least 2016 and believe even before that the republicans had the senate.

We've reached the point where you can't even call your cable company for service (hello @verizonfios) without being forced to listen to several advertisements.

@joshmaycpa @vagaaccounting If there is a practice within the firm you are interested in (disputes, restructuring, m&a, etc.) look to that for a couple of years. Increases your value.

@vagaaccounting 4-5 years is the sweet spot imo. Get to manager, your upward movement is easier and your base comp increase is higher moving to industry.

How long are people staying at Big 4? Was recently promoted to Senior Associate with 113k base. No complaints, but seeing industry jobs at 140k with what I am assuming is less hours and stress When is the correct time to make the switch?

@literaryeric @sensible68 Obviously depends on what the job was. For example, a union auto worker did very well back then and could certainly support a family of five..

@sensible68 My argument is how you define comfortably. Look at a picture of a kitchen or living room in 1955. It’s pretty close to what people think of now as camping. Plus, three of my grandparents died before 1970.

These posts make me crazy. My father worked two jobs and my mother worked one to support 3 kids. We lived a life this woman would consider abuse now. Canned food, 1 TV, no microwave, no computers, no vacations, no air conditioning, beater cars, no dentist, no brand name anything.

@TheTimMartin @angelsforlove @SelfMadeMastery If it was recently opened, then it was most likely new hires in training. There is usually a two week window where corporate is on hand to train during openings. After that, it’s usually faster when they learn the system.

@angelsforlove @xeokeri @SelfMadeMastery Like I said - first time at one so could have just been wrong time and place. It was in Springfield. We were 5th in our line and almost left after 20 minutes. Cars behind us were leaving.
