@AirIndiaX Staff shouldn’t need additional training in order to be speaking the language needed to be spoken at an international airport. It should be mandatory. Nevertheless, that does not provide me any assurance and I wish to be compensated.

@AirIndiaX I understand safety is a top priority for your airline & for any airline. On the same note, being shouted at, by a member of staff who works for your airline at an international airport and CAN’T speak English. Is behaviour I do not tolerate and won’t stay quiet about.
