@FreddyHomeBoy @duskfallss Sure I have heard that word be used by both people who can use it and people that cannot. Just because you do not care for it does not mean that the general society of the internet has not moved on from using words like that. It looks like you also need to grow up some.

@ThesBloodflame @duskfallss The issue is that it shouldn't be legal to add something that anti-consumer into your ToS, and it isn't just FF, I believe WoW, GW2, and others have in their terms, 'we can revoke access at any time for any reason, with or without notice'

I was banned on FFXIV for Aggressive comments and behavior against others during twitch streams. I was not aware the ToS applied to outside of game as long as ANY FFXIV copyright content was visible. I was not given any details about the ban other than that. More details later.

@duskfallss The issue is they shouldn't be allowed to police your stream, you aren't a square enix employee, most of the time the people you're talking about have no idea something is being said about them. Their ToS says something as vague as 'generally offensive '

Twitch streamer Xenosys was just banned from Final Fantasy FFXIV.
Square-Enix said he violated their policy for "aggressive comments and behavior against others during twitch streams."
