Khalid Mahmood said Muslim women in headscarves intimidate Muslim women who don’t wear scarves He claimed over £200,000 in expenses in 2018 and defended Trevor Phillips’ Islamophobia Now he’s blaming Muslims for his loss. Glad to see the chamcha gone!

Starmer won by 36,641 votes in 2017 in HSP Now he barely scraped 18,884 votes. Andrew Feinstein’s performance is a testimony & solid foundation on which to build for 2029 to WIN.. Starmer knows his card is marked. We will not be going away!!!!
Andrew Feinstein for Holborn & St Pancras@AF4HSP

H&SP, an 18% swing to us! We’ve always said, whatever the outcome, we’re not going anywhere. We’ve created an incredible, grassroots campaign. It's the beginning of a community movement that will continue to build long after tonight. Thank you to everyone who has supported us

I can’t quite believe this but disgraced Labour councillor, Philip Normal, who resigned over racist, Islamophobic slurs, was on the steps of Downing Street to greet @Keir_Starmer He’s literally outside the door of Number 10.

I must admit that I did not think that Adnan Hussain or Craig Murray could win in Blackburn with a vote split situation. And this assessment was based on conversations with both camps. But amazingly Adnan pulled it off by the skin of his teeth after a very divisive campaign where mud-slinging was rampant. Adnan's camp consistently told us that he had more support than Craig. And this has proved true. This was also our assessment after investigating on the ground. But we did not think the situation was clear so declined to choose between two viable pro Palestine candidates. Instead we preferred to put pressure on the candidates to resolve the vote split which I still think was the right course of action. And I also still think that both candidates preferred to walk a tightrope rather than do the right thing and resolve the split. And this was wrong of them, irrespective of the result. But there is no doubt that Craig Murray and his considerable amount of online fans distorted the nature of the situation in Blackburn. They could never win that seat yet persisted in giving the impression they could. And Murray came very close to denying Adnan the seat by vote splitting. This result could easily have gone the other way to Labour after all. Murray also owes The Muslim Vote an apology after ridiculously accusing them of racial discrimination. And TMV have been vindicated in their decision to endorse Adnan. Finally, the Muslims of Blackburn have gone some way to redeeming themselves after disgracefully voting on several occasions for the war criminal Jack Straw. Alhamdulilah.

@AjmalMasroor This loss hurts the most. This should have been easily won considering how unpopular the labour candidate was. Vote splitters @ fault.

To the people of Bethnal Green and Stepney, thank you once again for the magnificent support and the volunteers who have worked tirelessly. You have sent Labour a clear message: that the politics of genocide is no longer acceptable and our votes cannot be taken for granted. You can hold your heads up high knowing that you have slashed Labour’s second highest majority in the country. We will hold Labour accountable every step of the way.

Police from Stoke Newington station just came into a restaurant in East London while I was having a social gathering with friends. They were checking the “compliance of the restaurant's licence” but they came to the back where we were sat. Their cameras were on filming us.

There has been a revolt in Birmingham - primarily driven by response to Labour’s official stance on Israel-Palestine. - Independent Ayoub Khan has won in Perry Barr, defeating Labour’s Khalid Mahmood. - Jess Phillips (11,275 votes) almost lost to disability activist Jody McIntyre (10,582 votes), holding on by only 693 votes. - James Giles (9089 votes) came close to defeating Liam Byrne (10,655). - Labour’s Tahir Ali (12,798) would have been defeated in Hall Green if pro-Gaza independents had not split the vote (combined 13,301) - Shabana Mahmood’s majority in 2019 has reduced from 28,582 to 3,421. Some Labour MPs had supported a ceasefire but such is the anger and hurt at feeling ignored & taken for granted by the national Labour Party that voters supported Independents on huge numbers. Record breaking results. Even more remarkable given short election time and little financial resource up against party of over 100 years. Labour will need to listen these voters.

6-months old Fayez Ataya & 13yo Abdulqader Al-Serhi are two of the latest victims of the FAMINE that Israel's STARVATION campaign has caused in Gaza. How can we remain silent, indifferent, or inactive in the face of this abominable injustice, and not feel hypocritical when commemorating the victims of any other genocide?
Michael Fakhri@MichaelFakhri

Famine in Gaza has spread from the north to the entire strip. Every Palestinian in Gaza is now facing famine because of Israel’s intentional and targeted starvation campaign. How do I know this? The recent deaths of more Palestinian children tells us everything 1/3

15,119 Votes... @LeanneMohamad👏 I won't pretend it doesn't sting - However, this is not just a moral victory but also a tangible one. Every-time @wesstreeting moves, he does so with the knowledge that his election into parliament hangs by a thread. He can no longer ignore the demands of his community.

She's a 23-year British Palestinian who ran a grassroots campaign. She nearly defeated Wes Streeting. Yet almost the entire mainstream media ignored her. But I went to Ilford North - and saw the massive enthusiasm that existed for @LeanneMohamad 👇 youtube.com/watch?v=-CjNfk…

New York police began arresting Jews who supported Palestine. New York police started targeting specific the Jewish protesters. They have arrested this week a few Hasidic Jews for no reason!!! The others, they didn’t arrested! This Jewish man's only crime is that he supports Palestine. #Stop_Zionist_Antisemitism
