Gog and Magog in Ezek. 38-39 involves a coalition of nations associated with Russia. It likely happens after the rapture and prior to the seventieth week. Armageddon happens at the end of the tribulation. It is all the nations of the world gathered against Israel and the Messiah. The Gog and Magog event at the end of the thousand years is more of a protest than a war. Those among the nations who reject the headship of Christ gather against Jerusalem, and they are destroyed by fire.
