I use my own tumbler to collect coffee & today when I ordered my coffee from Zus Signature barista declined to pour coffee in my tumbler as it is not a Zus tumbler quite surprising. Never faced this at other brands.Not sure Zus supports sustainability #Zus @ZUSCoffee @TianVenon

Team is working on as much automation to reduce work load and better manage wait times.

Aku order zus dari pukul 8.08 min tadi then dekat 1 jam lebih tak dapat2 lagi. Sumpahlah zus punya service time raya ni kelaut. Ada dekat 40 order lagi pending aku tengok.

First time i try to order in the famous Zus Coffee only to realize their menu is full of Milk & Sugar.They should rename it to Zus Milk & Sugar instead of Coffee coz all i see is Milk & Sugar w a tinge of coffee flavor.
I went with Americano in the end coz scared of their Latte
