There are hundreds of thousands of green card applicants in the U.S. They are nurses and doctors, teachers and engineers, mechanics and farm workers. The Trump Administration wants to force them out of the country while their cases are heard. It is reckless and wrong—and it will separate husbands and wives, parents and children, and break apart communities. All to fuel the admin’s mass deportation machine.
We must remember that America became the most powerful and prosperous country on earth because of immigrants not in spite of them.
