@cutefoid @mama_moons To add to their is a science to all this and it starts with what are your goals? To look more toned but not add bulk/mass? Of course you can do this with weight lifting, it’s called reducing body fat while building lean muscle mass. Like @cutefoid said it’s diet and exercise

@mama_moons bodybuilding literally is just Building your body. it’s basic to complex exercises that make a muscle either Stronger, or bigger if you eat more protein. overall just keeps you healthy. any1 can do the exercise they want. pilates doesn’t give you something other workouts can’t

@akiyuuta I’m not a morning person and 4 years of forced workouts at 6am in the Army ruined it for me.
So I simply embrace the fact that I’m not a morning person and I workout after work. Yes it requires focus and dedication. Sometimes I’m eating later than I want. But it works.
