So na so Dem for hold Aisha Yesufu hostage abi PO. Are there nobody inside but you people who would have teach those thugs some sense when Mubarak ran away.
Sen. Ireti Kingibe@IretiKingibe

PRESS STATEMENT DELIVERED BY SENATOR IRETI KINGIBE, SENATOR REPRESENTING THE FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY (FCT), ON THE VIOLENT ASSAULT, HOSTAGE-TAKING, AND ATTEMPTED INTIMIDATION AT THE ADC STATE SECRETARIAT, GUDU, ABUJA. THURSDAYv, MAY 21, 2026. I am making this press statement today with a heavy heart, but with an unwavering resolve to address a shocking, barbaric, and deeply unprovoked act of political thuggery and violence targeted at myself, party officials, and a female colleague. This event took place on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at about 3pm. What occurred was not just an assault on our physical persons; it was a direct attack on democracy, the rule of law, and the safety of women participating in Nigerian politics. The Incident On the day of the incident, in my capacity as a serving Senator of the Federal Republic representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), I proceeded to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) State Secretariat, located at House A7, Adisa Estate, Gudu. My mission was simple and statutory: to observe and check on the transparent distribution of materials for the ADC FCT National Assembly Primary Elections. Upon my arrival, the Primary Elections Committee was present, alongside three or four House of Representatives aspirants. We held a brief, peaceful meeting where the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Abubakar Adams Chika, alongside the Committee Secretary, Mr. David Godwin Itopa (popularly known as History), explained the process to us all and opened the election materials in our presence. The materials were distributed to members of the Committee, and attendees began to depart. Shortly after most of the Committee members had left, a man identified as Tijani Mubarak entered the room, accompanied by four other men. Out of courtesy, he was offered a seat, and we all responded to his greetings. I asked the accompanying men to wait downstair but he declined. However, the moment he introduced himself, the Chairman asked if he was the individual who had been calling earlier in the day. Instantly, Mubarak became aggressively rude, raising his voice and speaking in an accusatory manner. When the Chairman rightfully stated that he would not tolerate such disrespect and had nothing further to say to him, Mubarak stood up and violently slapped the Chairman of the Committee. Escalation, Hostage-Taking, and Physical Assault Seeing the danger, a female House of Representatives aspirant present began using her phone to record the altercation. Infuriated by this, Mubarak ordered his thugs to seize her phone. These men violently grabbed the female aspirant, lifting her entirely off the ground toward the ceiling as they aggressively wrestled her for the device, injuring her hands in the process. She eventually gave the phone to some supporter nearby and she was released As I witnessed this lawlessness, one of Mubarak’s men turned on me. He reached out, grabbed me, and flung me violently against the wall, hitting my head against the wall with severe force. As the assailant advanced toward me to continue his assault, my security detail courageously stepped between us, engaging and fighting the thug to keep him away from me, while others joined in pulling the attacker back. Realizing he was losing control of the room, Mubarak ran to the exit door, locked it, and trapped us inside with himself and his armed thugs. Outside, my supporters fought desperately to rescue us, eventually breaking the door down. In the ensuing scuffle, my supporters created a pathway, allowing me to escape the room and head downstairs. I immediately brought Dr. Fatima downstairs with me to safety. However, our escape was deliberately thwarted. Upon reaching the ground floor, we discovered that Mubarak’s men had already locked the main exit door and fled with the key.

🎥 WATCH: A 14-year-old Palestinian tried to carry out a stabbing attack against an IDF soldier. Anti-Israel activists cropped and edited the footage to falsely claim he was killed “for no reason.” This is the full, unedited video showing what actually happened. The first thing that will happen once Peter Obi enters Aso Rock next year is, the ministries will go on a strike against him for trying to sanitise and digitise the system, and closing every loophole. The National Assembly will threaten him with impeachment proceedings, if he doesn’t revert back to the old system. The Lagos-Ibadan media will instigate national protests, be on CNN with Amanpour to analyse how weak and wicked he is. Seun Okinbaloye will be bending neck like Turkey to ask “tough” questions he couldn’t ask current APC government. At the end of the day, the system will be sanitised and the criminals will be dealt with decisively. He has done it before in Anambra state, he will do it again at the national level. Go and verify. Peter Obi is coming!
Sir Nelson@Crypto_Diet

If Peter Obi wins the 2027 election, his first 100 days would probably shake Nigeria in ways many people are not ready for. Not miracles. Not overnight change. But visible disruption. Here are 20 things most likely to happen early: 1. Government spending will reduce aggressively. Expect fewer convoys, fewer luxury expenses, fewer unnecessary foreign trips. 2. Ministries and agencies may face serious audits. A lot of hidden contracts and inflated budgets could suddenly become public conversations. 3. Subsidy discussions will return immediately. Nigerians may face short-term pain before any long-term structure appears. 4. The naira might react emotionally first before economically. Supporters will celebrate. Investors will watch cautiously. 5. Some politicians who survived on “connection money” may suddenly go quiet. 6. Young Nigerians will become unusually hopeful again. Social media energy alone could change national mood temporarily. 7. There’ll be strong resistance from powerful interests inside government institutions. 8. Expect tension between old political elites and a reform-driven presidency. 9. Federal appointments may become less “godfather based” and more competence focused — at least publicly. 10. ASUU, universities and education funding may receive faster attention than usual. 11. Nigerians abroad may start reconsidering returning home if policies look stable. 12. Corruption cases could increase dramatically in headlines during the first months. 13. Some governors may suddenly become “friends of transparency” overnight. 14. The civil service could experience pressure to digitize operations faster. 15. There may be attempts to cut waste in National Assembly spending, and that alone would create national drama. 16. The stock market may respond positively to stability signals, especially if foreign investors regain confidence. 17. Fuel prices may still remain painful initially, which could disappoint people expecting instant relief. 18. Media attacks against him would intensify heavily once reforms start touching powerful pockets. 19. Nigerians would become more politically divided online than ever before. Supporters and critics would clash daily. 20. The biggest change may not even be money. It may simply be Nigerians feeling like leadership is finally trying to look responsible again. A New Nigeria is Possible.

Meet Yusufa, Hafizu and Audu — and their innocent, cheeky smiles. These pre-teen boys are street beggars I encountered a few days ago in Abuja. Away from home. Away from school. Away from safety, dignity and childhood itself. They are from Mashi, Katsina State. Their Local Government Chairman is Salisu Kallah Mashi. Their representative in the Katsina State House of Assembly is Hon. Sani Bello Mustapha. Their representative in the House of Representatives is Hon. Majigiri Salisu Yusuf. Their Senator is Distinguished Senator Nasiru Sani Zangon Daura. Their Governor is His Excellency Dikko Umaru Radda. The President of their country is His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Every one of these elected officials swore an oath to protect children like Yusufa, Hafizu and Audu. To protect their dignity. To secure their future. To ensure they have access to education, safety and opportunity. But because #AlmajiranchiIsChildAbuse, these children have been failed. Failed by leaders who refuse to enforce Nigeria’s Child Rights Act (2003), which clearly states: “No child shall be used for the purpose of begging for alms…” And we, as a society, have also failed them — by normalising this exploitation, looking away, and refusing to hold our leaders accountable. Child begging is not culture. It is not tradition. IT IS CHILD ABUSE. We must advocate to #BanAlmajiranchiNow. @officialABAT @dikko_radda @UNICEFNigeria @UNICEFAfrica @UNICEF @NigeriaGov @MinOfInfoNG @FMYDNG @FedMinOfJustice @nassnigeria @PoliceNG @ICPC_PE @officialEFCC

This is crazy! This man lost his wife during her child's birth.. She gave birth to twins before passing away... Just few weeks to wife's burial, the late wife's sister said they must carry the babies and raise them in their maternal home after the burial. Or the man should marry her instead, She said those babies are the only connection she have with her sister.. She said after the burial, that the man and his family might disconnect them from seeing their sister's children and marry another wife.. She said she doesn't want a stranger to be their step sister.. Out of anger, the man said that she must swear... He said she must prove that she knows nothing about what happened to his wife.. People said the man is overreacting.. Do you think he's overreacting???

Son Of Ayo@TheAjakeManger

Guys, Let me tell why this woman is very confident in this nonsense that she is doing and I hope the @NigeriaNDCHQ take urgent action before it becomes too late. This criminal is the National Vice Chairman of the NDC SW, She is an Aspirant now and also a member of the Screening committee. Dayo will be conducting Screening for aspirant contesting for the same position she's aspiring to. Crazy right? Dayo brought the rascality she harboured in the Labour party She brought the criminality She brought the transactional politics She brought the anyhowness The greed The selfishness to @NigeriaNDCHQ This woman is a Ruiner-In-Chief She will set the party in Lagos and the SW back She will collect bribe and sell out votes to Tinubu She will eat campaign money if it crosses her path She will eat PU agents money like she did the last time. This woman is a thief and I'm not mincing word.

Yesterday, Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria posted on Twitter that Nigerians can now export cow bones duty-free to China. Under the comment sections, some Nigerians were asking the ambassador to tell them what they are using the cow bones for😁 Some were telling the ambassador to tell his people to come and setup the processing facility here in Nigeria, so they can create jobs. Funny people. I laughed at our inability to do simple Google search. As a livestock farmer and Agro commodities trader, I already know the uses of cow bones. And about building a factory here in Nigeria? Nigerians are the ones to do it, but sadly everyone is building hotels😁 Let me tell you a few uses of cow bones. Here are 4 major uses of cow bones you can mention in your content; ✍🏻Bone meal fertilizer: Cow bones are processed into bone meal, rich in phosphorus and calcium, used to improve soil fertility. They prefer this to fertilize their soil not the chemical sold to our rural farmers. ✍🏻Animal feed supplement: Processed bone meal can be used as a mineral supplement in livestock feed, especially for calcium and phosphorus. We use this for chicken feed, pig, and fish feed production. Verify the price per kg and you’ll be shocked. ✍🏻Gelatin production: Cow bones can be processed to extract gelatin, used in food, pharmaceuticals, capsules, and cosmetics. Just imagine the volume of cow bones wasting in your village? Pharmaceuticals companies are paying billions of dollars to buy it from those processing it. And I believe those Chinese companies will focus more on this. It is big money wasting away in Africa because we don’t know anything about value addition. ✍🏻Activated carbon / bone char: Burnt bones can produce bone char, used in filtration, sugar refining, and water purification. Pause here and think deeply with me. They use bone char for water purification in their country. But they produce capsules and sell to us for water purification😳 Let’s not blame them. We take responsibility. Now, let’s be honest. This is a golden opportunity for us. Let’s export the cow bones and cash out. Also, let’s learn how to process the cow bones locally and export the finish product too. If I tell you now that chicken feed producers in Nigeria import bone meal, you won’t believe. Research it yourself. A ton of bone meal is around $200 - $750 currently. Bro, just imagine earning over $200 from wastage thrown around our local markets in Africa. Business opportunity for you. Do your research and see how you can position to serve this market

*RAIL TRACK VANDALISM: A NATIONAL EMERGENCY* 21 MAY, 2026 marks yet another disturbing incident of railway vandalism in Jos, North Central Nigeria. A truck reportedly loaded with vandalized railway materials got stuck between Kuru and Science School, Kuru — exposing the dangerous and criminal activities threatening Nigeria’s railway infrastructure. Railway tracks are not ordinary metals; they are critical national assets built with taxpayers’ money to support transportation, economic growth, security, and national development. The continuous destruction and theft of railway materials is sabotage against national progress and a direct threat to public safety. The North Central and North East regions are increasingly coming under coordinated attacks on railway infrastructure. This criminal act endangers lives, disrupts train operations, weakens economic activities, and causes huge financial losses to the nation. We strongly condemn all forms of railway vandalism and call on security agencies, traditional rulers, community leaders, youths, and residents to rise against this menace. Anyone found vandalizing railway tracks, slippers, fastenings, or any NRC property should face the full weight of the law. @PolicNG @HQNigerianArmy @DHQNigeria @NuhuRibadu @info_NRC @Officialnrcwits @GovNigerNG *Say NO to Railway Vandalism* Protect National Infrastructure. Railway Vandalism is a Serious Crime Against Nigeria.
