I am one of the strong advocates of Tosin Adarabioyo under Maresca, and the lack of consistency from Maresca in using him cost him his job.
Tosin has racked up over 50 appearances in 18 months and is Chelsea's high-scoring defender in that period.
With a new manager, Tosin is straight into the starting XI.

It can't be a coincidence that the new manager starts Tosin right after Enzo Maresca leaves. I'm sure Chelsea board saw Tosin's qualities before deciding to sign him, Maresca on the other hand deciding against utilising him properly for reasons best known to him. Tosin was instrumental last season, reportedly one of the leading voices in the dressing room and for Maresca to have thrown him under the bus this season seems rather unfair to me.

We can't really predict Maresca, let's hope he starts James in the Midfield, Estevao and Pedro Neto on the win, Enzo at 8 and Mack Giu in top nine and most importantly Tosin should not be included on bench.
