You just proved my point. It’s a WWE documentary that Netflix has sole broadcast rights to. If it were a WWE pushed ad, it would have been all over the ESPN broadcast as well. It wasn’t.
It was a “network” ad, if you will, by the host network. In your case, Netflix, because they’re airing it.

Because on ESPN it hasn’t shown but once all weekend I think.
The documentary was produced FOR Netflix. It’s Netflix running that ad if you’re seeing it all the time.

I have literally paid $60 🇨🇦 every time AEW has had a PPV for 7 years (I only missed 1 PPV) and I'm happy to do it to support them. It is also good for my job. I think of myself as a fan and I want to support the company, but more importantly, I want to support the wrestlers.

@Michael_Aranda Fans of Harry Potter are also loyal and passionate. Harry Potter is also scripted. It's big money. Thanksfully, ESPN didn't but the rights so it's not on Sportscenter. I'm not belittling you for loving it. Go at it. Just keep it off the highlight show.

@VicLombardi @BSO Why do people over think this? It’s a tv show like any other where fans get wrapped up in the storylines. Wrestling fans understand it’s not a true sport.
My apologies but this is the same conversation that’s been going on for 40 years.
